got a show tomorrow at 10pm. unfortunately tony can't be there so we had to get another bassist to fill in and our trumpet player's not gonna be there either but it should still be pretty cool. we're gonna do a three part harmony in norwegian wood.

I would like to have said a lot more
I can't seem to get an A on an econ test. I've consistently received 17/20 on every single test! It's getting annoying actually because I want to sign the pants on the wall. I've decided that if I write cryptically then I can come back to this journal later and scour it for lyrics. I got 99% on the stats test which means yet again I don't get to go on the wall for that class haha sooo close but never quite there.
I'm listening to "Georgia On My Mind" Hooray for Ray Charles! I've been practicing "I Don't Need No Doctor" cause I think I'm gonna play it at the gig on Saturday. Stats hw sucks. I got in trouble in stats today for playing Sheepshead. Apparently our teacher doesn't like cards in class. Hey, if I wanna fail then that's my choice. I wasn't disrupting her or anything, it's a very silent game. I need to find more people that I can play Sheepshead with.
I now carry a deck of cards in my pocket. And I learned how to shuffle. |

I guess I'll start out the way most everyone else does in a livejournal entry. Wow I haven't updated this thing in a while.
Soo just to keep anyone who actually does read this updated, I got accepted into Berklee College of Music with a 14k scholarship but the tuition is still 40k. I hate to take out loans but it looks like that's what's going to happen. I applied for a job at guitar center even though I don't like the employees there. They still haven't contacted me so I think I'll go back down there soon and bug them. I'm not sure what I'm gonna major in. Performance or songwriting? This is a tough choice for me and I'm open to suggestions.
My aunt moved two days ago. While we were moving the fridge into the moving truck, it almost fell on my cousin's foot which was exciting. We basically defied the laws of physics to get that beast into place. While carting the massive television up a flight of stairs, we almost smashed my other cousin's head in for good but thank God he has strong neck muscles that he can flex on command (kind of kidding.) Other than that, I can't feel my arms from the moving but it's all good cause I gotta start working out again anyway.
Well, back to guitar! Gotta keep making beautiful music. I'm trying to decide if I should post songs or soon-to-be songs on here. |

i cannot believe i have been neglecting guitar so much! i am recommitting myself haha i feel like i have cheated on my guitar! but that's okay, i will make it up to her.
i made a new song and i like it sooo that's all that matters. yes soo if you want the tabs or lyrics or a recording just ask.
my aunt dropped off my uncle's guitar and it is pretty awesome. it's an acoustic and it sounds beautiful so i have another one to cherish! :D
i've been using bittorrent a lot lately (you should get it) and so i've added a ton to my music collection which is exactly what i need right now. please tell me if you know of any bands that i should listen to because i'm am desperately in need of new music. the beatles' white album is amazing! and queen is fantastic as always haha

sooo today i went to panda express and there was this human behind the counter but i couldn't tell if it was a man or a women. its name was "moo" which i thought was extremely awesome and i almost started laughing but luckily i held it in.
i've been writing a lot of stuff lately and i think it's cool that it doesn't all sound the same so i'm happy.
it's only 7 and i'm feeling pretty tired so i think i'm gonna go to sleep early cause i have the spanish test tomorrow.
i'm trying to decide if i should put more personal things on here. it's weird: i want people to know about my personal stuff but i don't want them to remember anything. |
